01The Core Principle
9amm (9amm.online) provides AI generation services that are consumed the moment they run. Our policy therefore rests on one clear rule: credits are automatically and fully returned when a generation fails technically — and are not returned for a generation that actually completed, whatever the result.
02What Counts as a "Failed Generation"?
A failed generation means you submitted a generation request and it did not complete for any reason: a technical fault on our side, an outage at the AI model provider, a technical rejection of the request, a processing timeout, or any defect that prevents delivering an output to you. In all such cases the deducted credits are returned to your account automatically through the platform's built-in refund mechanism — no request needed.
03What Does Not Count as Failure?
A generation that completes with a result you do not like is not a failure and creates no refund right. This includes — without limitation: a result different from what you imagined due to prompt wording, taste or style differences, technically valid outputs unsuitable for your use, or wanting to retry with different settings. In these cases real paid processing was consumed at the model providers, and the corresponding credits are permanently spent. Result quality improves with better prompts — the platform's "Al-Katib" tool helps you with that.
04How Does the Automatic Refund Work?
The refund mechanism is built into the generation engines themselves: when an operation fails, its record is marked failed and its credits are returned to your account immediately and automatically, with protection against double refunds. Your updated balance is visible in your account, and any failed operation shows its true status in your history.
05Paid Subscriptions
Subscription fees are processed by the external payment provider. Elapsed subscription periods and actually-consumed credits are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewals only. Any exception is at support's discretion or as required by law or the payment provider's policies.
06Credits Are Not Money
Credits are a digital usage unit within the platform: they have no monetary value outside it, are non-transferable and non-sellable, and are never exchanged for cash. A credit refund means returning credits to your account for use within the platform — not returning money.
07Exceptional Cases
If you encounter what you believe is a technical failure whose credits were not automatically returned, contact support via the contact page within 7 days of the operation, including its number. We will inspect the actual operation log and return the credits if technical failure is confirmed.
08Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time; the Last-updated date changes accordingly. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated version.
