Obtaining and evidencing these consents is solely your responsibility as the uploader; the platform processes this content under your authorization and based on your representation.
06Cloned Voice Data
When you use voice cloning, the audio sample is processed to create a voice profile used only in your own generations within your account. We do not use your voice — or another person's voice uploaded with their consent — for any purpose beyond providing the service to you, and you can delete your saved voices from your account at any time.
07AI Tools and External Processing
The platform relies on AI models and infrastructure from external providers to process prompts, images, videos, audio, and files. When you use AI features your inputs may be sent to those providers for processing under their policies. Do not upload highly sensitive or confidential information unless you hold full rights to it and accept third-party processing.
08Client Portals and Share Links
When you create a client portal or share link, its content becomes visible to anyone holding the link while it is active. You alone control what you display and when links are revoked, and you are responsible for any client data you enter (names, emails, logos) and for your right to use it. We process your clients' data solely as a technical intermediary to provide the service to you.
09Sharing Data with Third Parties
We use external services for payment processing, hosting, analytics, email delivery, AI model execution, security, and support.
